RETURN POLICY
We do hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If however you are not happy then please send us an email to [email protected], confirming the Invoice Number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt. Your product must be returned to us, within 30 days of receipt and be unused, as received and in a re-saleable condition, with the original tags and packaging attached.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, you should mail the product to: 67 Rosemary Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire. DY10 2SW.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend that items are returned via a trackable delivery service, obtaining a proof of postage.
If you have requested an exchange, we will endeavour to dispatch the replacement product within seven working days, of return and receipt of the original product. Any price difference will need to be settled prior to dispatch.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
